:hello: Everyone,
I had a nice time at Mums and had a nice dinner.relaxed and read my newspaper.Got photos done with my brother and his wife in their wedding gear they had on when in Bermuda so we could see them and what they looked like on and they looked fantastic.
Have a nice afternoon and evening!

MMMM! Roast Duck, love it!! We're havin chilli and nacho's again :rotfl: I am addicted to it.
What is baked alaska?
Haven't spoke much at all cos I have just been havin the worst few days, stressful, emotional. We're all sorted now and I am actually happier than I have been in a long time. The bad ride this week made me appreciate this good feeling I have now
Physically having a tough time. Trying to come off my painkillers and halve my anti depressants. I didn't realise it would be as hard as this!! The side effects are horrendous, so tapering at the moment, hoping to be off by the end of the month, fingers crossed. Funnily enough, I am in more pain but I feel so much better in myself. I think the meds were just creating a different problem.
I was on tramadol and for over a year, highest dose, along with co-codamols, they are both opiates so really hard to come off. I am confident tho. I'll get there, been so long since I felt this alert!! xxxx JoJo xx
:heart2: And only now I see the light...:heart2:

Believing in yourself is the first step to becoming strong. Furthermore, you want to tackle the problem. That's the second step.
Keep the faith.:cool::cool::cool::cool:
