  • Hello, my name is Bethany Laken. I have been a very loyal customer over the years and absolutly love the sweet section. I prefer to buy asdas own brands and paticularly like your Dolly Mixtures, they have always been my favourites and I have never had a problem with them until now. My favourite in the pack is the jelly tots, however in one pack I brought they had been badly made and were now stuck together. I have always expected so much from asda and now I do not know what to expect when i buy another bag. I don't even know wether I will buy another bag, as i am still very dissapoined.
    I do have pictures, but I cannot send them at this moment.

  • Even though you have no idea how many times your frozen food standing 2 or 3 hours outside the warehouse waiting for the driver which must take your food,
    Sometimes the fridge in the van is broken and the food is defrosts, it returns back to the freezer and goes to you or someone else the next day, sometimes even 3 or 4 times is defrosted and frozen before it goes to your house
    you have no idea how dirty are vans in the middle and how many hundreds of bacteria in your food travels, I worked as a driver in asda for 2 years and during that time never my car was not washed
  • Before starting uni I worked in a CO OP bank call centre for two months and this is one of the most common problems I dealt with - because of that if I buy from ASDA online I put it on a credit card, then just send money over the that card to cover it straight away. That way I know they can't do this to me, or if they do it will be fixed by the time my bill comes through.

    I honestly can't believe they get away with such poor customer service when Tesco and other online shopping sites manage fine without doing this!
