orange bill - pdf problems?

having problems trying to view orange itemised bill this month, never had problem before.
click on box to view itemised bill pdf version
window pops up -please wait while your request is being processed
click on ok - then it just takes me back one page
if i dont click on ok - nothing happens
please help - thanks

    rather than clicking on it can you click and 'save as' and download it to your pc?

    In all honesty, the "view my account" section of the Orange website is a joke, and not a very funny one at that.

    They actually admitted that they changed my wife's password without her consent or knowledge (having denied anything was wrong with the site for 3 months and that she must be entering incorrect details!)

    I had the same problem. Only seems to work using IE.

    Are you using firefox, per chance

    i am doing the same thing using IE not firefox to open pdf files onn orange site and i am using IE view in firefox if this helps
    got to put a link to it it's here https://addons.mozilla.org/search.php?q=IE+view&section=E .
    to us you just right click on a link and click view this page in IE and IE opens up
    there or their,one day i might us the right one ,until then tuff

    It works fine with Internet Explorer on a PC but will not work with Firefox on my Mac. :(

    i have always viewed it with firefox, today it does not even give the option to view itemised bill online,
    does anyone know if they have discontinued this service?
    however, will give it a go on IE and will keep posting as to how it goes!
