travel insurance through price comparison sites anyone used them and claimed

Has anyone bought a travel insurance policy off a price comparison website and had to make a claim. Prices look good but never heard of most of the companies. Any one got any feedback on the claims proces good ones and bad ones?

we have used flexicover in the past, really good prices, never had to claim but they always email me after my holiday to ask if i need to make a claim0
