they asked if i wanted it replaced or a refund and i asked for a refund. i wanted to return the vanity case back but they can't arrange this, you have to send it back at your own cost or return it to a store so i will need to sort this out
edit to add :
I have just found out you can only return to branches which are not franchise, but if you call the freephone number on the back of the dispatch note they'll tell you which ones these are...This is a system account and does not represent a real person. kingshir - you can return it to a store for a refund, take the dispatch note with you

Sorry me again, those who have the vanity case already do you think the case alone would ok as a gift for a male? My DH has asked me to get him something to put on his chest of drawers to but all his skincare stuff in rather than the mess it is at the moment LOL Has someone got a pic of one close up rather than the one on the website? Thanks xxx2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0

Yeah I would say so its just plain brown, not at all girly ha!0 -
Got mine today, and agree that the case itself is pretty unisex.
I've placed another order to bulk it out with products ready for Christmas

UPS just delivered my two 10mins ago. As others have said - ok for £7.50 but definitely looks like a "gift with purchase" and definitely not worth £35. The vanity case is quite masculine - in fact, my flatmate, who is in the territorial army, has one very similar for when he goes away on army training weekends/courses

What's worrying me now about giving these as Christmas presents to my friends is that they might actually think I am getting rid of Body Shop freebies!0
