When did ebay rules stop anyone from trying anything?
There are still people selling fakes and dangerous items, just because there is a rule against it, does not mean it will not be sold - only if it is reported by anothe rmember, and even then there is no guarantee it will be pulled.
Besides, most of those listings claim "in accordance with ebay policy, they will be washed to manufacturers standards before despatch".
As believable as "my cat/dog/3 year old bid on it" line.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
