Afternoon everyone,

Following on from my thread of last week, how long do you think I should wait until I start proceedings against CLOGGIS OF HYDE? I sent them the 2nd letter (as advised by the Consumer Advice people in Lincoln) which they would have received last Saturday.

Their answerphone states they're open 7-days per week. Todays Wednesday, no phone call, txt message email OR snail mail from CLOGGIS.

How long would you wait?

How long did you say in your letter? If you said 7 days, then just that, if you said 14 then that, if however you didn't say anything. Give them at least 14 days to be sure.

Evening ABH,
I gave them another 7 days to respond. Those 7 days are up tomorrow. Trading Standards in HYDE - where CLOGGIS are based have been alerted, I hope to receive a phone call from them next week.

Did I mention **I believe** CLOGGIS have used the CROCS images from the Crocs website and used them on their own website??

Might even mention it to Trading Standards. They would be MOST interested!!

Oooh!! Just tried ringing CLOGGIS. As soon as I asked whether they'd received my letter they put the phone down. Tried calling twice more, same thing. Put the phone down.

D'ya think they're HIDING???
