Alternative to Royal Mail for sending packets?

Does anyone know of any private companies that handle packets?
I can find loads of info on companies sending letters or parcels but not sure where packets fit into that.
I send out about 30 a week fulfilling customer orders. 30% are overseas, the rest UK first class.
Currently I'm using SmartStamp and don't think I send/spend enough to qualify for Royal Mail's PPI service.
Thanks in advance

No company will touch that many, you will have to have a lot more than 30 a week. I use a franking machine, costs do add up, but I send 200 week and get a discount for my post. They all have to use royal mail in the end anyways.Kind Regards
