Hi guys, first posted this on the techie forum, but thought this may be a better place, thanks.
Im just after your advice regarding the infamous Xbox 360 Red Ring of Death.
Had the Xbox one year three months, had the RROD about a month and half ago, sent it off to MS for repair, came back in two weeks, repaired.
All's well.
Anyway, hardly been used since then, and lo and behold, it's just happened again! Infuriating. Can anyone who knows their rights advise me on the best course of action here. I have a sneaking suspicion that when I ring MS, they will of course be very sorry, however can I box it up, send it off, etc etc etc all over again, and obviously no guarantee it won't happen again.
Is there a chance of a refund, I doubt the retailer will be interested in that, but any advice more than welcome.
Thanks folks.

You need to do the same as I advised another poster here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=22982837&postcount=2
HTHIt could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0
