How long for ATOS to process IB50

    Yep ... still waiting at this end too to hear something. I don't mind, I just wonder what reason there might be for a hold-up. I'll stick with the notion that, the longer they take to process, the less likely it is that they will call me in for a medical. However, it seems that almost anything could happen.

    I'm still waiting too and sent mine back in April.

    However, I also moved house in April so got sent a change of circumstances form, sent it back and in May recieved my new entitlement letter.

    However, haven't heard anything from Atos about a medical (although as I'm on hrc, apparently I'm exempt? I don't know to be honest) or a letter telling me the outcome of my yearly review. =/

    I sent IB50 off on 21st February - only heard back last week.

    The details were all the same as previous 4 times - yet this time they decided no medical required.

    I'm assuming there's a massive backlog in some areas of the country.

    There is a massive backlog in most areas of benefit at the minute.
