Nationwide C/Card charges - what next?!

Hi,
I have now received a second response from Nationwide offering a miserly amount (the difference between the £12.00 and £20.00 charges) which I do not want to accept. They have stated that their position remains unchanged despite me writing again and stating that it will save them court costs etc if they settle.
At the bottom of the letter it says "What to do if you are still unhappy" - and gives the option of their Member Services Dept, or the FOS. The responses I have had have come from their credit card department in Wigston.
So, shall I go to the Member Services, or push on with the FOS/Court? Please advise which you feel would be best now.........thanks in advance.
