Airport lounge pass with eggcard/quidco

Hi All

I am trying to book lounge passes and was wondering if the eggcard 10% cashback and quidco 10% cashback still works together? as it wont for me either I'm doing something wrong or this doesn't work anymore.

Has anyone used the serivceair or holideck lounges at Heathrow and what did you think of them? I'm flying out of terminal 3

Also flying out of terminal 5 too this year but no lounge facility

thanks

The Holideck at T4 gets very good reviews, though I've not used it myself. Not sure about the Servisair one. I've never found a Servisair lounge that was worth more than 50p. You're right about T5. Because it is a BA only terminal, there are no third-party lounges; the only way you are getting in is via a biz/ first-class ticket or a high-tier membership with a Oneworld airline.

I'd be surprised if Quidco worked with Egg cashback. Don't you have to visit through a special link on the Egg website? I'd guess they are competing channels and only one would get the lead fee.

    Thanks mad_rich for your reply

I've booked a trip to singapore and penang for my OH 50th birthday and just wanted to add a airport lounge going out (flying singapore airlines) so T3 and servisair but not sure what to do now!

Holideck in T4 dont think it's relaxing to use this lounge then head off to T3 for the flight

Yeah I'd like to go into the BA lounge at T5 but not travelling biz or first class!

You could get both discounts if you opened up the eggcard link which shows you get 10% cashback from egg and then open a new browser for quidco when you clicked on the lounge pass link it would show the egg link with 10% cashback allowing you to get both but I dont think this works anymore.

That's a moot point. If you don't have a boarding pass for a T4 flight, you won't be allowed past security anyway. You're stuck with T3. This isn't the case in all airports (some have lounges which are before security, or where passengers can move freely between terminals airside), but it is true of Heathrow.

As for the Servisair lounge in T3 - I have no experience of it, but I'd recommend you read a review before you pay up. Some of them are little more than a dingy rooms with a few chairs, some packets of crisps and a self-service fridge. Others are much more luxurious.
