Closing a credit card account i have no details of...

After recently checking my credit profile with experian, i noticed that a credit card (MINT Card) i applied for 3-4years ago but never used or activated is listed as active, i know this is counted as 'avalible credit' so i want to close it.

However i no longer have any details of the card, the account numbers or anything.

Is there anyway i can find this information out and close the account?

Cheers

They should be able to locate you from name, address, postcode.
Obviously they will want to give you some security questions, but they'd do that nayway even if you had the number.

I call organisation all the time from work and often don't have account numbers, and almost without exception, they have other ways to locate your account.

It should be easy enough, I recently closed a Barclaycard account that i had absolutely no details of whatsoever. They found my account through my peronal details, and closed it.

Thanks guys, just rang MINT and after battling through the automated service that demanded a Card Number, i finally got to speak to someone...

The card is now cancelled, dispite them trying to tempt me to stay with some poxy deals...

I even used the saynoto0870.com website so the call was cheap  happy days.
