    Hi there,

As far as I know the first mortgage payment will not come until you are actually in the house. It also depends on when it comes out in the month to how much it will be.

It can be a little more or less at certain times of the month but you need to ask your mortgage lender.

I am about 75% through the whole process and I'm also sick of whinging at the lazy solicitors:mad: so I will be glad to answer any questions you have:rotfl:

    Regards

    Ben
