I was told recently that if a child has night terrors, taking them to the loo resets the brain and helps em got back to sleep properly

DS suffers occasionally (he had one last week just before his CP came out) and a teacher at school recommended it.

Thanks Pap, Ive found loads of games online, think Fairy tag with a wand is DD's fav! (can see someones eye being poked out :eek:)

I dont know if it works, coz DS hasnt had one since, but it cant do any harm ehh
