HI all Goodevening,:mad:
I think my last thread was a bit confusing, so i have 2 credit card accounts with Lloyds bank 1 in my name the other in my wifes name we asked for charges plus interest and we got what we wanted so credit cards no problem.

We also have a joint account with Lloyds Bank and am trying to claim for late charges also I have sent 2 letters they responded telling me about the test case and it will take them 4 weeks but they havent come back to me with any offer all i want to know is what do i do now it seems it has gone in to stalmate. and need a sollusion,
please please help.

If you arent claiming hardship then thats about all you can expect for now and your claim will be on hold till the end of the test case

Have you been following this case at all?

Nobody's getting any money back until the court case finishes and even then there's no guarantee.

cough cough.....unless they are in financial hardship which means the bank will have to look into it but as you have said they do not have to refund the charges under FH but they may make partial refunds to ease hardship.
