    This is a very good deal - Don't ofen see good cuts of rump for £5.xx.

    Good cut of rump!? It's not possible

    Also, you can't eat it blue if it's grey and bloodless to begin with.

    Avoid Tesco meat at all cost - even free!

    It is a bargain, but very poor quality, seasoning is the only way to make it acceptable.

    i know i work for them, but if i buy meat i buy it from morrisons, all there meat comes in fresh, and the butchers cut it up, at least i know what i am getting, never did like buying the pre-packed rubbish from tesco`s, asdas etc, and there prices are as good as anywhere if not cheaper as well, so makes it a double bonus, Dave

    I've just returned from my local Tesco store and they are offering half price Beef Rump Steaks. Bargain.

  • yes was the fresh meat counter and not packaged. The meat was actually very good indeed.

    Depends what you're used to I suppose. Good compared to say...roadkill (I imagine)

    Tesco fruit is really, REALLY bad too.
