confused.....

Hi, I attempted to claim my bank charges back in 2007, the bank put it on hold and I am still waiting to hear from them. however, my circumstances have changed and i'm now out of work, have mortgage arrears and overdraft and credit card problems.
can i now apply again for my charges back from today's date, but under the hardship ruling???

thanks

Yes - tell the bank you have a claim with them and due to a change in circumstances you wish them to reopen it :) ooo and add recent charges to it.
