Please run a KASPERSKY ONLINE SCAN (click to scan 'MY COMPUTER') ~ this is the last check so if this comes back clean were good

Please post the complete log it creates (This only SCANS it DOESNT delete anything, so we'd need to see anything it finds)
The scan will likely take anywhere from 5 to 12 hours to complete!

thank you! Everytime I try to run the update it says it's failed - any ideas? I had to install Java to in order to get it started. Thanks a million

With you having to install java it may simply be you need to restart your computer?
or try firefox instead of IE?

Thanks again. I performed the scan then when it finished I clicked onto scan report and it asked me to turn off the pop off blocker in order to access the website which already is so once again I'm at a standstill. However, my virus protection is no longer showing as out of date which is a bonus so thanks for that!
