Help please 'buy it now' problem

I had just put on a mobile phone for auction with a 'buy it now' option ans some one from the netherlands has accepted it and emailed me explaining its for his daughter who is in Nigeria.
Iv have many previouse problems and on my auction page i advised Uk only.

How do i go about this, i really need to get it back up but i dont know how, please help

Can i just click relist in 'my ebay' or do I have to report it before I can do this?

Any help appreciated
Thanx

just go to the dispute console and choose Unpaid Items, then select something like buyer wants me to send to where i dont ship. Then it should close automatically and you get your FVF back, so you can relist.

Make sure to block him, and report him as a scammer.
