Banks Dragging their Feet.

My girlfriend has been trying to get her bank charges back for about a 10 months or so now and has filled in several identical forms asking about income and expenditure. She has been told she should have her money very quickly by the acting solicitor as she is in dire straights and the banks are supposed to sort these out immediately. But They have not and keep sending her these dam forms to fill in. Her situation has not altered and feels this is a delaying tack-tic. Is anyone else getting the same treatment from these money grabbing banks? Her bank is The Abbey National.
