Do not use this mickey mouse outfit. You order items in good faith to be told a day later that 1 item is out of stock and "due to a technical error" we have cancelled your order but invites to order again. You go to reorder to find out that most of items are now not available or the prices have "jumped up".
Their customer services just quotes the "terms and conditions" bit and don't seem to give a xmas log about it.
Is it not false advertising. There are still items on there that I've been told are not available but their computer system is not up to date.
Bah humbug.

I can't really complain about them... I ordered the LOTR box set at 10pm last Thursday... it was the cheapest price I could find (ex P&P) and after a £5 voucher (found elsewhere on MSE) it undercut the competition by £3.50.
It was delivered on Monday morning... not bad considering its Xmas!Better to die on your feet than to live on your knees!0
