I was a member for over a year when toluna also mysteriously "deleted/ lost" over 10,000 points from my account. Never received the 3 vouchers i applied for and was kept waiting for for months. No replies to emails, nothing. Waste of time.. worse than that.. scam artists. The SINGLE survey site worth bothering with is Pinecone Research. They are the only ones in my long experience with surveys, that actually pay.
The only thing we know for sure, is that we know nothing

Another one for the 'dont bother joining now' crowd. It did indeed used to be very good I think. Vouchers were cheaper and came quickly. Now the redeem rate takes a long time, the points expire really quickly, the site is dead slow (for me) even on fast pc and broadband, and the vouchers take too long to come through!

Shame coz it really was good once (bit like Ciao for me now).
  • I've been a member for nearly a year, and never had one complaint.

I probably get most of my money from online surveys from here.
  • I got a £15 amazon voucher through them a few months back but can't be fussed to keep doing pointless surveys in the evening
Maybe when its dark early i might have another go.

It takes an awful long time from actually taking the surveys to getting your rewards (points being credited and then processing redemptions) but other than I rate them very highly. I don't think it should matter too much. You will get the points eventually. Just put it to the back of your mind and then when they come through you'll have them.

I have made around £300 from them and received the majority of that already (the rest of it on the way now).
