We have had times where we have struggled for cheap meals but this is yummy and cheap !!
2x tins Tuna
1x tin Veg soup
Mashed potato
A little cheese
Mix the tuna and soup together and put in an ovenproof dish.
Place the mashed potato on top and then sprinkle the cheese on.
Place in oven until cheese is browned
This recipie is so easy to add to - add some already cooked pasta and sweetcorn to it to bulk it out.
Crushed crisps on top with the cheese makes a lovely crispy topping.
Serve with warm bread or Garlic bread
Cheap, quick and yummy !!!

Tell you what that reminds me a couple of weeks ago i was stuck as to what to cook and we ended up with a meal consisting of pasta shells, bought Sainsburys fresh Napolena sauce (hope i spelt that right but dont think i did), tuna and salad with a home made oil and vinegar dressing and it turned out a really good meal. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0
