4. Open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, IoM, RoI, aged 18 or over except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
5. Acceptance of the terms and conditions is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
6. Prize includes: 2 x nights accommodation for 3 at the Luxury Lodges at The Carrick. Prize also includes; 1 x round of golf for 3 on Loch Lomond course and 1 x round of golf for 3 on The Carrick course. Both rounds will involve winners joining one other player to form a fourball.
7. Prize also includes £200 spending money and a maximum allowance of £150 towards travel costs. Travel allowance will only be provided after proof of expense is received from the prizewinner and the Promoter's decision on amount to be awarded is final.
8. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by an independent party on 5th August 2009.
9. Prize must be redeemed in full by 31st December 2009
10. Prizewinners must supply their own golf equipment.
11. Only one entry per household.
12. Entries from third parties, agencies or sent in bulk will be declared invalid and void.
13. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed or non-transmitted entries.
14. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received on 5th August 2009 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. Confirmation on redemption of the prize must be received within one month of notification. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered intoPrize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
15. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value.
