Hi,
Can anyone give me some advice?
In Feb 09 I purchased a nearly new car from a dealership- 6 months old, 3,000 miles on the clock, the previous owner/driver has been the car company's sales manager. Since I have had I have experienced a number of problems with the body of the car ie corroding alloys, roof trims coming loose, the garage have twice taken it back to repair the roof trims but the problem has re-occured and has now started happening to the other side! And today I couldn't get the drivers automatic window to shut - and it was pouring with rain.
I have been onto a consumer advice line who told me to speak to the finance company which I have and they are completely stone walling me. Incidently I traded in my old car for £3,200.00 and I am paying a monthly payment of £219 since Feb. The car was bought for approx £14k and with credit I will owe in total in excess of £17,000.
Does anyone know what my options are? Can I get out of it with my money back or get them to replace the car with an alternative type of vehicle? Any advice would be greatly welcomed.
Many thanks
Jane
