Question about item - SCAM?

Ok, I got an email supposedly from ebay through my messages from a member telling me they had posted an item to me.

I haven't bought anything recently and certainly haven't paid anything, so it was very strange. Anyway, I logged in (not clicking on the email) and searched for the seller who seemed ok, though a search for the item number came up with an item saying that it was a scam.....

Anyway here's the email I got.

My mistake. I have my searches set to exclude US sellers.
