Advice PLease

Hi
I bought a set of speakers £80 from a seller on ebay, the reserve was not met but we agreed the figure and a request was made for payment via paypal. However, the speakers are faulty and the seller is now ignoring my emails, I tried to start a resolution from Paypal but they will only look at items that have not been delivered (not received and faulty)!!!!!!

How do I go about claiming my money back, should I go around to his home and have it out? should I threaten to apply for a county court judgement?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

paypay do advice not to make an out of ebay aggrament. but phone him or go round there and ask for a refund
  • If he is refusing to answer your e-mails, phone him first , then if that fails turn up on his doorstep with the speakers. ;)

Have you tried to request the seller's contact info?

It appears that this transaction was made outside of eBay so that wouldn't be possible.
