Hi
I bought a set of speakers £80 from a seller on ebay, the reserve was not met but we agreed the figure and a request was made for payment via paypal. However, the speakers are faulty and the seller is now ignoring my emails, I tried to start a resolution from Paypal but they will only look at items that have not been delivered (not received and faulty)!!!!!!
How do I go about claiming my money back, should I go around to his home and have it out? should I threaten to apply for a county court judgement?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If he is refusing to answer your e-mails, phone him first , then if that fails turn up on his doorstep with the speakers.

Have you tried to request the seller's contact info?

It appears that this transaction was made outside of eBay so that wouldn't be possible.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--
