I'm still on the buses, myself, P.......I am hoping for a mild winter and, by some miracle, some extended daylight hours :rotfl:
It would be nice to see you tomorrow - we will be there from 8.30 til about 1pm apparently - but if you (or the car) don't make it, then we will just have to catch up some other time!
Dinner tonight was uber healthy - and very MSE - using up loads of veggies from the fridge......bunged in the slow cooker with a tin of chopped tomatoes and some spices and voila, a fabby healthy, basically free, curry
It was deeeeeeelish!
Weightwise, I don't feel any lighter just yet, but I do feel a little less bloated, so that is good. I have been good all week - lets hope I can maintain it over the weekend - especially as it involves skiing, so irregular and uncertain eating ahead!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
