Got some odd property !!!!!! emailed today. A huge house in Georgian style but newish that obviously a repo and a part finished barn conversion. A sign of a the times
I know people think house prices are rising but can't see it what with dire economic state, rising unemployment etc.
Plus in the last 3 days only 6 pages of new properties within 10 miles of my work in. When I first started looking it used to be at least 30+:eek:Looking for the perfect home and saving to make becoming a MFW easier

I don't want prices to go up but would like to see a bit more on the market - am seriously considering stalker style postcards to pop into letterboxes of houses I might like to buy.
