These two are both quite small - only 3 bedrooms, and each less than a third of an acre, so not an unmanageable garden. The house from hell had more than that........
But it is all dreams anyway - my wilcon "box" will have to suffice for the time being.........Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
I think its lovely - just looking on google earth to see why its cheap cause even though smallish its as you say perfectly formed.
No reason - it is in a fab location on an excellent road.....catchment for one of the best schools in the county (which is our reason for being in this particular place now).
No hidden scrapyard next door or anything - just a lovely little house.

That about sums my current house up - nice but basic 4 bedroom......plenty of people would be very happy with it, so I mustn't sound like I am complaining, because I am not......it is just not my "forever house".....Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
