Air Miles - Exchange To ??

I've currently got approx 5000 Air Miles (NOT Airline Loyalty Miles) I've had for quite a long time now, but due to the high admin charges coupled with the excessive fares Air Miles charge I can't see that I'll ever use them.

Does anyone out there know if these Air Miles can be exchanged / converted with any other organisation or perhaps an airline ?

If you check out the air miles website, you can use them for various attractions, including the London Eye. If you don't want to use them, you can sell them on Ebay. Two adults on the London Eye sell for around £20.Some of the vouchers seem to go for more than you can buy them for on the official Eye website.
