There are some soya desserts by provamal which are yummy - chocolate, vanilla or caramel.

The Vegan Family site might have some soya/tofu recipies on:
    www.veganfamily.co.uk
haldene foods who make soya mince (you can buy this frozen) have the following suggestions:
http://www.haldanefoods.co.uk/articles/enjoysoya/ (you can prob just substitute minced beef with soya - though soya is tasteless in itself and can be rubbery so make sure you have lots of other flavours)

The vegetarian society have some recipies using soya products. Here are some using tofu and here are some using soya mince.

This is the results of a search for recipies containg the word "soy" on the vegan society website and this is the results of a search for tofu.

I don't know what the recipies from the vegan society are like but I have a cookbook from the vegetarian society and I have found their recipies quite tasty and easy to produce.

have you tried Quorn or is it specifically soya you're looking at?

I find Quorn mince easy to use in place of "real" mince, and quorn chunks are good for stews etc

Have you thought of including a tablespoon or two of soya flour, from health food shops,in any baking? I always put a little in place of ordinary flour in cakes biscuits and bread. There is no change in taste and the food takes on a slightly golden brown appearance.
I used to put a handful of cooked soya beans in my bread when the children were small to boost the protein content and it made it very moist and light.
Adding a few cooked soya beans to each stew, casserole or pie filling or even squashed up in spagetti sauce is also a good way to up your intake.

    Hope this helps.

Soya milk, expecially the chilled versions, are a great way to take soya and are quite easy to adjust to.

Tofu is fantastic, I was going to describe but fremembered Ladywood's post on THIS thread, Post 16 I think, which describes it so much better than I could.

Remember that the key with soya, in any form, is to add flavour to it. If you think of it as a blank canvas then cooking with it can be a real pleasure.
My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead :D
