grrr JSA payment delay

JSA payment due in bank today, but still no show.. usially goes in the night before.
i called the main enquiry line this morning, lasy thursday's signon was cobfirmed ok, but their 2nd system not updated for some reason?
the man said an 'urgent' email to be sent to their processing team, who will usually call back within 48 hrs??.,. though as related to payments, maybe sooner..?
its now almost 6pm, still no call back despite a follow up call by me mid afternoon - the enquiry line cannot / will not pass on calls, as they say the payment team only take their emaiuls, and do outgoing calls?
harrumpfg (sp?) - they cause merry hell if you turn up to sign on more than 10mins late, but dont seem at all fussed when they f.eck up.
the local office closed now, will be too late to collect a giro today.

'hurrah'- just got call back to say giro ready to collect this pm, from the jobcentre..
no apology though, or promise to check all their daily signings went through ok..
