Good afternoon everyone,
I had a creation store card/duet and owed 1350 pound, i got behind for a while but was getting some money so kept telling them i would pay but in the mean time they instructed solicitors. I told the solicitors the same but they tried to get a charging order on the house. To cut a long story short I got the money and the ammount had increased to over 3 grand so i refused to pay and said i would pay 1800 which included 500 pounds of fees. They refused and we went to court. In the end i was ordered to pay 2259 but now have a ccj on my credit file. I have checked my file today and the creation account is still open, updated today. Shouldn't this be closed because surely if i have a judgment they would shut the account. would this be away of getting the judgement removed?? thanks for reading
