help please.... I reserved some flights on line last week. but credit card was declined direct holidays emailed me, so wed eve tried to repay with my card but lady :mad: :mad: (wont mention her name) at glasgow call centre said " well I didnt take this booking its nothing to do with me " :eek: So I hung up . I telephoned airtours who had also offered me flights but £80 more expensive she promised to ring direct holidays on my behalf that evening she rang me back to see how I got on and was amazed when I told her D-H didnt ring back!! So I have emailed them 5 times since and 2 telephone calls to 0870!! and have been informed I WAS TELEPHONED AND TOLD FLIGHTS WERE CANCELLED...I HAVE ANSA MACHINE NO MESSAGES AND NO PHONE CALL....I RANG THEM AGAIN THIS MORNING only to be told I would have till wait till monday 4 a manager to sort it out. I got email back today 2 saying they are looking into my "case" and will reply within 35 DAYS we were due to fly in 13 days....price was so cheap cant match it anywhere please any help advice...

I dont think there is anything you can do , they didnt take payment so its not a confirmed booking. I think the only option is to book your flight again.
Did you try to book flight only or was it a package?
