18185

Please whatever you do don't go with this company - you can't contact them when there is a problem with the in formation on the web by phone, email or letter - we know as we sent a letter and it was returned "Gone Away". They may be cheap but you get what you pay for! Now we can't phone out so we are going over to Talk Talk .

18185 is an indirect service using other suppliers lines so you can still phone out over your landline suppliers network.

True its customer service is limited but its cheap and is used by many happy moneysavers.

Don't really understand this post !

18185 can only be used if you dial 18185 first, if you don't dial this your call will go via your CPS (Carrier Preselection) provider, this is the company that is providing your "normal" telephone service.

If you can't make a call by dialling 18185 first, dial it without the 18185, if you still can't get through you have a problem which either your CPS or line provider will have to sort.
18185 only rent telephone "space" from other providers - they own no telephone hardware themselves.
Wouldn't recommend Talk Talk !
