How do I get money back from BT?

Please help me! I have just discovered that I have been paying BT for their Anytime plan as well as paying Sky. I changed over to Sky over a year ago and informed BT. They sent me a letter confirming this. I thought the line rental was high but did not realise there was a basic £12.50 per month rental that I should have been on. BT have said that after informing them of changing over to Sky I should have also called them back to tell them I wanted the cheeper line rental. This was not in their letter. They can see that I have not made a call through them for over a year but will not refund me. When I make a call it goes through Sky so I don't see how they could have continued charging me for Anytime calls when I have no way of making it go through them. Please help as this could be happening to other people too. Kindest Regards Nicola Cox
