I am not sure how long I have had a vodafone contract - probably just over three months. For the vast majority of the time my phone has either been broken and going backwards and forwards to the repair shop or on its final return where it was finally working it had a part missing a stylus.
I won't go into the details because it is boring but trust me it is a joke and beyound any reasonable expectation of a service. I sent a cancellation letter regsistered on the 25th to the cancellations department. No response from them.
I am in an 18 month contract. I really don't want to give this company any of my money for such terrible service.
I think I have a good case for cancellation I have listed all the point to them. Where do I go from here?

The phone has been sent away three times my contract was taken out late jan and was sent away the first time in feb 14th. Away for a week at a time. One week I was unable to collect the phone. the fourth time the phone came back to shop it was missing a stylus. I've been backwards and forwards trying to collect a repalcement stylus. They've suggested I purchase one for them to refund etc. A week ago I was promised a stylus for the third time from the shop and when I rang the customer service line from customer services. To date nothing arrived. I am going in tomorrow for my weekly visit to see if they have anythign for me. I am alway polite but firm. I am in a void which they don't seem to want to recognise as I am in an 18 month contract. Consumer rights or service don't count. I really really think that these companies should be more accountable for their actions. I have gone to the ombudsman awaiting a response, I contacted a consumer affairs solicitor they said to go to trading standards. My life is just in limbo each sat whilst I visit vodafone.0
