SilverCross - the best customer service I have ever had!

Hi, I have to post on here about the fantastic customer service I have received from Silvercross. I have a silvercross stroller and a travel system and have been very happy with them until my stroller broke. I didn't expect this from such a quality name brand 13 months after I purcahsed it so I e-mailed them about the fault. Within 24hrs they asked me when/where I bought it and I responded. I then had another e-mail saying to ring them and they would collect the buggy. I rang them and they said they would pick it up on a day of my choice (I didn't have to pay courier charges). the courier came on the day I requested before mid day. They said they wouldn't have it longer than 5 working days. After 3 working days my buggy was back with me with a note saying repaired out of warranty - free. The repair has been done to a high standard and new parts fitted where needed. I then had a courtesy e-mail to check everything was ok.
I think that the buggy should not have broken in the first place but they couldn't have done any more than the service they provided! 5 stars to them!!:T
