Quidco and M&S Problem

Hi there,
I am having problems getting directed to M&S via Quidco.
I have been clicking the 'Click here to visit the merchant', and another box with the terms appears above. I press the 'Click here to visit the merchant' in the new box, but nothing happens - just a little yellow explantation mark beside my hand symbol.
Am I doing something wrong? I have used Quidco loads of times, and never had this. I have emailed Quidco for help, but they seem to take ages to reply!
