I just wanted to report good experience with M&S money I just had...

This morning I was trying to purchase goods in Sportsdirect.com sale. To my surprise my card was declined. So I just used different one (wasn't sure about my payment being processed yet...)

Few hours later I received M&S call - as I didn't leave my mobile number, they traced me to my work (so no "we tried to call" excuse) and asked for my security details. Of course I refused to give them to someone that called me and they said "ok, we understand" and gave me phone number to call back on.

I checked that on the internet and all genuine.

Called back and they asked me about Sportsdirect.com etc etc. They appologised for stopping the transaction but were worried about fraud as similar sounding merchant was recently reported...

I said better safe then sorry!! They were very pleasant and answered phone call on first ringing.
