Advice re possible changes to the period of claiming bank charges

Hi I am new to this but need some advise "has any one read that reclaiming Bank charges may in fact be able to go back to 1995 not 2001 and also the banks could be charged for any profit they may have gained when using your Charges" missinghead

This is being postured on ConsumerForums with regards to restitutionary damages.
Whilst the OFT test case is ongoing, I prefer to stick to what is currently happening which is that charges can be claimed from July 2001. The 1995 is if all terms are proven to be unfair. We haven't got to the identification of terms which are likely to be litigated on again.0
