on our comp our main email page the bottom went blnak and we can't read new emails other email address works fine . We now direct all emails to spam and we can read them or we go via google in to our emails,:rolleyes: any idea why this is??? have been told it is not a virus etc.and have done a comp check with no results.

What e-mail application, a webmail serivce like hotmail or Googlemail, or ISP mail via Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail?

Hmm, any chance a more thought out, co-hereant, descript first post could be writen?
From what I can guess you have Outlook and have two email accounts but one of the views has gone wrong?

Not meaning to be rude but it makes as much sense as nuclear physics to a layman.

Who is your email with? - I assume googlemail?
How do you check it? - With a browser on a webpage/through Outlook express,etc?
Why did you redirect all mail to spam?
Are you able to provide a screenshot of the problem?
