Flybe - Not a good start

I was accepted for a fllybe card on 19th June. I hadnt heard anything at all until I found a crumpled peaice of paper that looked like a payslip through my door last night. It had my road name but not a house number on it- it was the PIN for my card, looking at the scribbblings on the front it seems it did the rounds of at least 4 houses before it got to me.
I gave flybe a call who seemed most uninterested and put out that they had to deal with me, they told me the card had been sent out with no house number but not been activated so they blocked it and itll be another 7-10 days to get a new card. I had a bit of a moan but the guy really seemed not bothered and didnt even apologise.
Does anybody know- does the 6 month 0% start from the date you sign the electronic CCA?
