    do you have to buy the product that the voucher is for or will the £5 come off anything?

    i took my somerfields coupons to tescos and was told we do not accept somerfields only sainsburys vouchers:confused:

    I used one of the £5 off somerfield vouchers in tesco today. I used the self checkout and scanned it in after putting my shopping through. It worked fine :T

    i used one of somerfield £5 vouchers on a shop of £10.71, used self scan and it went through fine i also used another 2 vouchers, one for 50p and one for 40p no problems at all

    Hi - I think a lot of you guys dont realise that - though the Somerfield vouchers scan - that Tesco and Asda dont take them if they are store specific - and that, though some cashiers are young or new and do not realise that fact, overall it will just annoy the managers of the stores and make it much more difficult for the rest of us " couponeers "- I have hard evidence of this fact! In the end some managers just turn round and say - no more coupons - or - just one per transcation. It would be so much better for all of us if everyone stuck to using the non store specific coupons.
