yes i have heard of that company and they definatly are ok! i have a hiten card myself and they can be used abroad!

hi, hiten card is an excellent company. i have my own hiten prepaid master card and i totally rely on it, i recently went abroad and i used it every where they took master cards. i really recommend hiten master cards its fantastic!!!!0 -
