    afternoon all.

I'm not well. Just before lunchtime I suddenly was soaking wet with sweat and felt as if the temperature had gone up by about 10 degrees. At the same time I got awful stomach cramps in the groin and what I guess was a colon spasm.

I cooled down after about 10 minutes but the cramping is still happening and it's painful when I stand/sit/move suddenly.

I'm wondering whether that Chinese on Sunday night is taking its revenge...when we ate lots of the warming plates only had small amounts of food left on them so had been there a while......._pale_

Oh No BB, I think if it was dodgy it would have affected you before now. Is there anything doing the rounds at work? Get yourself to bed and drink plenty of water :grouphug:

well, some food poisonings are quick, some take longer to show (from my food hygiene teaching :D ) There's nothing going round work, but I haven't got an upset stomach. It's just really bad spasms in my stomach and around my lower back and, well, the feeling of something being shoved where it probably shouldn't be :rotfl:

    Hi folks

Felt a bit out of it at group today. I'm not sleeping well and its affecting my ability to concentrate on anything...

MMMaz can I have another hug please? Are you lookking for other options in case the house doesn't come off?

Scorg - don't let him grind you down. Presumably you were all full of energy when you met him? Don't let him change you.

Bookie - have a bolstering hug :grouphug: and keep thinking that in just over a week you'll be free and on holiday.

Was going to say something else but mind has gone blank...
