It does say that - but that only applies if you havent won anything as it states:

"The game is limited to one win per household (same name, same postal address)"

Sorry, should have re-phrased that! What I meant was if you don't win the player or the holiday, you'll always get a download.

I.E. You'll "always win"

Yay won an mp3 player after 5 attempts only prob is I used one of my old email accounts and cant accsess it cant rem login do they just send it or do you have to confirm via email

Don't worry no need to confirm, they just send an email telling you they have your details and will send it within 8 weeks.
