ummm, I think I did say I didn't think ctc should be taken into account. I don't even have so much an issue with reduction due to a child in the new relationship, what I have an issue is reduction for the children of the nrpp who should have a nrp contributing for them.
My ex is expecting a baby and I can understand this affecting maintenance, but I don't see why my children should do with less because his partner already have two boys, for whom she gets good maintenance from their dad. Saying that, this is all theoretical at the moment as I haven't gone through csa yet and am not getting a penny from him, however, I am about to be made redundant and so might have no choice but to go that route to get what my children deserve -and no, no contact blocking, they are with him every Thursday evenings and Saturdays all day-0 -
